Grant Johnson: Grant Johnson began as a personal trainer in 2000 and a competitive natural bodybuilder in 2001. He competed in his first competition in 2001 and won the overall title. The following year in 2002 he competed in the Atlantic Regional Championships (Pro Qualifier) and won the overall title. In 2004 he went to California and competed in the world championships and placed fourth in the world as a professional natural bodybuilder. He is committed to fitness and helping his clients reached their respective goals. He has helped his clients over the years get into the shape they desired. Bart Stewart: Former owner of the famous “PRIMAL IRON” strength training facility, Bart Stewart is an IKFF certified kettlebell trainer. Bart specializes in strength training and power lifting and has helped many professional athletes and martial artists to acheive their strength training goals. His slogan is “REAL STRENGTH FOR THE REAL WORLD.”

Known as “The Iron Lady”, Shannon is an IKFF-certified kettlebell instructor and has trained in kettlebells for over three years. Her tenacity, work ethic, and competitive drive that she brings to every class is unrivaled and serves as an inspiration to students, athletes, and instructors alike. Shannon can chunk iron around with the best of them and is skilled at conveying the workout curriculum to new students, as well as pushing experienced athletes to train beyond their limits. She looks forward to pushing you beyond yours!
Manager, Samantha Sanchez, is now available for personal training and nutrition consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Weber State University and is a Certified Health Education Specialist, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Weight Loss Management Specialist. Samantha got her start as a personal trainer at the Warrior Fitness Center at Hill Air Force Base creating several innovative weight loss, family fitness programs, and taught healthy cooking classes. Samantha is an advocate of overall wellness and focuses on improving a client’s flexibility, strength, and stamina while educating them on the importance of disease prevention through healthy dieting, exercise, and stress management. David Brashear: David, another protégé of kettle bell instructor Bart Stewart, joins the Paradigm team as the morning weekday kettle bell instructor. David has been swinging iron for four and half years and was one of the founding members of primal iron. David is a certified crossfit-kettle bell instructor. David has also had many years of intensive strength training to go along with his certification. Dubbed “Darth Smiley” by his peers for his optimistic attitude, David brings a cheerful mood to every early morning class.
