The conditioning aspect of our kickboxing classes will keep you light on your feet as well as light in the midsection! The 50 minute kickboxing class consists of high intensity training drills, calisthenics, Thai pad drills, and heavy bag work. Students will learn to punch, elbow, clinch, knee, and kick. You’ll burn fat and calories; improve strength, muscle tone, muscle endurance, and flexibility. The workout is fun, safe, challenging and accommodates men, women, youth, and adults of all levels of fitness.
