High School Wrestling

Paradigm Training Center is fanatical about high school wrestling. We want to offer Houston wrestlers as many opportunities as possible to get together and train with one another. Our hope is that Texas wrestling will continue to become more competitive on a national level. We see several keys in accomplishing this goal:

• Wrestlers should be wrestling in some capacity year-round
• Local high school wrestlers should be exposed to as many opportunities with other wrestlers as is possible
• Wrestling coaches of the highest quality should be available for any wrestler at any high school

At Paradigm, we aim to satisfy these goals so that wrestlers truly have the opportunity to fulfill their potentials. High school wrestling practices are available all year-round at Paradigm, including in season practices on certain nights and weekends, freestyle and Greco Roman wrestling during the spring and summer seasons, and other opportunities like Team Paradigm (our team of Houston wrestlers who travel as a group to large local and national level tourneys) and the Sunday evening Oklahoma State Cowboy Style Wrestling Practices.
